Diversity in Food Selections
I am a creature of habit and am very content to eat the same thing day in and day out. Surprisingly this is not good for your body and could you prevent your body from losing weight. This is going to be difficult, but I am going to try to not eat the same thing 2 days in a row. My goal this week to ROTATE, ROTATE, and ROTATE some more regardless if it is for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
I am also going to stick to 3 main meals and 2 snacks a day. No more grazing during the day or eating Ghirardelli White Chocolate morsels throughout the day. It is a very bad habit, but it is so easy and delicious to grab a small handful every time I go into the kitchen! My sweet tooth is my worst enemy!!
I will check in again with a Week 2 Marathon Training update on Tuesday to let you know how the week is going, and if I am on target to reach this week’s goals.
