Happy Monday! This week I thought that I would do things a little differently and share a few of my favorite motivational mantra. Each Monday I will be focusing a different theme. This week it is all about acceptance of yourself and having the courage to getting started. I am constantly repeating different motivational mantras to myself during my runs especially when I am pushing it to the limits. Who knows you might find yourself a new mantra!
I hope that everyone has an amazing week. My plan this week is walk 2 miles on Monday and Wednesday and to run a 5k on Tuesday and Thursday and to complete my long run Saturday. Be sure to come back and see how I am doing with this week miles!
