I woke up today and thought what the Friday? I mean seriously with 4 months until I go Goofy I need to get myself in gear and start training. My running shoes have sent out a search and rescue party looking for me. My question is how do you pick up a running regimen and come back from an injury or illness? Tomorrow will be my first run in two weeks and I am more than nervous needless to say. Wish me luck!!
