This week went by in a bink of an eye! The greatest opportuntity was being able to race today in The Long Beach International Half Marathon!
Here is how I did this week….
Monday: cross train on bike for 30 minutes
Tuesday: ran 2 miles on the treadmill
Wednesday: cross train on bike for 30 minutes
Thursday: ran 2.5 miles
Saturday: ran 4.5
Sunday: ran 13.1 miles @ The Long Beach International Half Marathon (Race recap coming soon!!)
WOW!! 22.10 MILES that is alot of miles for one week and this is only the beginning of October!! Look out October here I come!!
