Happy Monday!! Motivation Monday this week is all about choices. As we all know life is about choices. Right ones, wrong ones, they are our choices. You choose to wake up everyday and say, today is going to be a great day. You make your own destiny. You decide how fast, how hard, and when you train as an athlete. You never regret that Monday workout and to be honest, it really sets the tone for the rest of the week. I choose to believe in myself.
