Guess what day it is? Yup! Your right! It’s Monday and we all know what that means…It’s Motivation Monday! I don’t know about you, but I think that I will be needing a lot of pep talks if I want to be able to accomplish my present goal of completing a both full marathon and a half marathon in one weekend. Yes, I drank the Kool-Aid and signed up for the Walt Disney World Goofy Race and a Half Challenge. Perhaps all I need to get me through this doubt I am presently going through is a little pep talk!
