This was difficult week in terms of training. Perhaps my body was waiving the white flag. I am still having difficulties balancing my head and my heart in regards to being able to accomplish Goofy 2013. I need to do some deep soul searching and figure out how to get my head back in the game. I am not going to surrender just yet and hoping that this week proves to be a better week in terms of my training.
Here is how I did this week….
Tuesday: ran 2 miles
Thursday: ran 2 miles at the Bluffs in Santa Monica
Saturday: ran 2 miles
