This past week I was in much need of R and R! As much as I wanted to continue with my training as I feel that I have made huge strides in the past few weeks in regards to my training, I decided to listen to my body. I rested and now I feel refreshed and ready to take on week 20 of my marathon training!! Does walking around Disneyland count as cross training? I certainly hope so! Besides spending yesterday at Disneyland the only other form of exercise I did was on the bicycle on Monday and Wednesday for 30 minutes each time. I plan on catching up and getting back on track with my training this week and running my missed long run of 17 miles on Tuesday!
