Motivation Monday is upon once again!! It is me or this month simply flying by? After taking a week off from my running routine, I am refreshed and ready to hit the pavement! I had a blast this past weekend with my brother and his fiance and am so grateful that we were able to send time together. This week focuses on gratitude. I believe that as a runner I need to always be grateful that I am healthy and strong enough to get out there and run.
