Only one month left of 2012! If you have figured out a way to make time stand still please let me know! It seems that the month of November literally was gone in the blink of an eye. In exactly 31 days I will be turning the BIG 3-0! I am needless more than excited to start celebrating the holidays and my birthday. While you are most likely reading this I will be flying cross country to Boston for 10 days. There I hope that my running will get back on track.
Let’s take a look back at my November Goal’s and see how I did…
1.) Blog Daily: (A-) Due to technical difficulties, I crashed yet another hard drive, I missed 2 days of blogging. I still think that I did a pretty good job blogging and will continue to work on this goal.
2.) Pile on the Miles: (D-) #Fail Between being sick and my brother visiting I simply could not keep up with the miles. I really need to get myself and make sure that I stick with the training plan as Goofy 2013 is just around the corner.
3.) Confidence: (D-) #Fail I think that this goes hand in hand with piling on the miles.
Which brings me to my December Goals, the quick observer will note that I am rolling over my goals and adding a few new ones, here it goes…
1.) Blog Daily: See November Goal’s.
2.) Pile on the Miles: See November Goal’s. Though I am making an amendment to this goal. This month my I intend on running a minimum of 40 miles, which is way below the milage total on my training schedule.
3.) Confidence: See November Goal’s.
4.) Meditate: Life is messy and can get stressful especially . To ease the stress of the holidays I intend on taking 5 minutes out of my day to simply breath and reflect.
5.) Photos: A gift to my brother and future sister-in-law is a photo montage which means one thing. Get organized! I need to start going through photos of our childhood and start picking out favorite pictures. I have time on this goal, but I want to at least get the ball rolling!
Here’s is to an AMAZING December and let’s finish the year out with a POW!!
Don’t forget there is still time to create your New Year’s Resolution goals NOW!!
