Another week of not feeling like “ME.” I did not do much in the running department, but I ended the week out on high a note as I ran my first 5 miler in Boston. Let me tell you it was beyond freezing, well for a California girl it was cold! This week I plan getting my running up to speed, I only that my body is on the same page. I absolutely love running. I love the sense of accomplishment after a hard run and I love that I feel like I can move mountains after a race. For this alone I still continue to lace up my running shoes regardless of how I feel and hit the pavement.
