Good morning! I feel that this was a rather uneventful week in terms of my fitness, but in the last weeks I ran over 60 miles! Yikes! That’s a lot of miles!! I decided that for the next few weeks at least I will be taking it really easy. We will see about that one!
So here is what my workout week looked like:
Sunday: Tinker Bell Half Marathon
Wednesday: bike 30 minutes
