Weekly Recap: February 2013 Week 1

This has been a very uneventful week in terms of my fitness and I think that my body really needed it. I did not ride the stationary bike nor did I go for a single run! I know that is a huge gasp! For time to time I think that it is beneficial as an athlete to take some rest and time off. As an athlete have you ever take time off from your fitness regimen?
