1.) Food Journal: I think that one is really clear. It holds me accountable and keeps me on track!
2.) Blog More: January kind of slipped away and I was not able to blog as much as I liked. I am aiming to blog at least 4 times a week, if not more.
3.) Race Schedule: I am currently going through race withdrawal and I am needing some serious motivation. Hammering out my race schedule should do the trick!
4.) Run: Running is one of my favorite activities, my goal this month is to simply run! I intend on going out for at least 3 runs a week and I want to enjoy each and every mile!
5.) Fuel: Without a race in my near future now is the perfect time to discover additional race day fueling options. I currently take apple sauce with to me to races and I don’t necessarily have enough space in my SpiBelt to carry the amount of apple sauce that I need. I need to find small more compact items to take along for the run.
