Weekly Recap: March 2013 Week 2

It was not in the stars apparently for me to go running yesterday with my Team Challenge running mates. But I still managed to get out there and run despite the circumstances. In regards to my training I am still taking it easy, but I really want to start amping things up. I think that Thomas Edison sums up perfectly the direction that I need to focus my energy towards:

Here’s a look back at how I did this past week:

Sunday: rest

Monday: 2 mile un

Tuesday: rest

Wednesday: 2 mile run

Thursday: rest

Friday: rest

Saturday: 5k
