Weekly Recap: April 2013 Week 4

I can honestly say that this past week was a good week. I feel as though I am getting back on track and easing back into a healthy running routine. In the coming weeks I intend on increasing my milage and getting ready for Labor Day’s Dumbo Double Dare. I am beyond excited about this inaugural event and I want to be healthy and ready. Here’s how I did this week.

Sunday: rest

Monday: 2 mile run/walk Santa Monica

Tuesday: rest

Wednesday: 2 mile track workout

Thursday: rest

Friday: 2 mile run/walk

Saturday: rest
