I can honestly say that this past week was a good week. I feel as though I am getting back on track and easing back into a healthy running routine. In the coming weeks I intend on increasing my milage and getting ready for Labor Day’s Dumbo Double Dare. I am beyond excited about this inaugural event and I want to be healthy and ready. This coming week’s goal… focus on the BIGGER PICTURE!!

Monday: 2 mile run/walk Santa Monica
Wednesday: 2 mile track workout
Friday: 2 mile run/walk
