Weekly Recap: October 2013 Week 2

I blinked my eyes and somehow we quickly slipped into the second week of October! I am not sure about you, but I am totally in love with the cooler weather, crisp fall air, and running on crunchy leaves. I find it simply invigorating and motivating, lucky for me it does not snow on the left coast so I am able to enjoy this weather for a long period of time!

Here’s how I did this week.

Sunday: rest

Monday: 2 mile run/walk

Tuesday: rest

Wednesday: 3 mile run/walk

Thursday: 1 mile walk

Friday: rest

Saturday: 3 mile run
