Weekly Recap: October 2013 Week 3

Another beautiful week in October is in the books! All I can say is that very exciting things are developing in my life and I only hope that I continue to the master juggler and balance my running world and all of the new endeavors that I am taking on. Is it fair to say that running has saved my life in more ways than I count?

Here’s how I did this week.

Sunday: rest

Monday: 2 mile run/walk

Tuesday: rest

Wednesday: 3 mile run/walk

Thursday: 1 mile walk

Friday: rest

Saturday: 3 mile run
