Fifteen days into 2014 I know that a lot of people, myself included, are focusing on making positive changes to improve health, fitness, and mostly importantly their diets. Often times nutrition takes a backseat especially in the morning rush. Not enough time, energy, and simply not having a clue as what is a healthy nutritious breakfast that gives you the most bang for your buck calorie wise.
I am a self proclaimed number cruncher! I am notorious for always planning my entire day, counting every last calorie to ensure that I am getting the most out of each and every bite. I even go to the extent of using MyFitnessPal an app on my iphone, to ensure that I am eating balanced as well. Personally speaking I am a creature of habit and end up eating the same things day in and day out. And trust me it gets BORING!! Let’s commit to making the time and make one change to shake up our breakfast routines.

This is my newest absolute favorite goto breakfast shake! Can anyone say Chocolate MOO?!
- Vega One All-in-One Nutritional Shake French Vanilla Packet 1.3 oz
- 8 oz Califia Farms Almond Milk (This is AMAZING and tastes like homemade Almond Milk)
- 1 Teaspoon Valrhona Chocolate powder
- 1/2 banana
Toss all ingredients in a blender until throughly pureed and pour into your favorite on-the-go cup!
